POWER NAP
A consistent sleep schedule is essential to looking and feeling your best, even when you are on a staycation. Sleeping during the day can throw off your whole schedule, so why not try a 10-minute power nap instead? Power naps are not like regular sleep, so you wont feel groggy after taking one...just relaxed and rejuvenated.
EAT LOCAL
Make healthy energy-giving food choices but don’t deprive yourself. Make a reservation at a local restaurant that you’ve always wanted to try or visit your local Farmers Market and encourage the whole family to help you prepare and cook a meal. Over dinner make plans for the next day of your staycation.
