Location: New York, NY (Soho, 436 West Broadway)
General Summary: Through your passion and knowledge in the natural skincare industry and your desire to continually learn and share your knowledge you will tend to both new and existing Jurlique customers ensuring over and above customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
- Engage and inspire Jurlique customers to learn more about Jurlique products through the mini hand skincare consultation.
- Build long term customer relationships by your demonstrated ability to connection with people while providing our customer CARE philosophy to both new and existing customers.
- To inspire Jurlique customers Re-Engage with your customers to build lasting relationships and ensure your customers feel a connection to you as their source for expert advice with their skincare needs.
- Meet and exceed retail KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).
- Introduce new customers to Jurlique through hand and mini facial demonstrations.
- Ensure company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook and store manual are followed.
- Follow all EOD, deposits & petty cash procedures.
- Follow all policy & procedures for inventory counts / returns / damages & protection of company property.
Experience: A passion for the skincare industry with 1 year experience in skincare retail industry
