Jurlique Appointment Policy

Reservations are essential for all Jurlique treatments.

Credit card information or gift card details are required at time of booking.

Cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments require 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Jurlique Etiquette

To enhance your Jurlique experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure time for you to unwind and complete or update your skincare profile chart.

Please turn off all cell phones, prior to entering treatment room.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Personal belongings are the full responsibility of our guests.
