    How do I create an account?

    Go to our Create an account page, enter your name and email address, and create a password. Don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter by ticking the box, so you can receive our latest offers.


    Why do I need an account?

    Creating an account means you’ll be able to order your favourite products quickly and easily whenever you shop with us, because your purchase history and delivery details will be saved.

    You can shop without creating an account by choosing “Checkout as guest”, but you’ll have to re-enter your personal and delivery details every time you place an order.


    I forgot my password. What should I do?

    Click on the “Reset your password” link on the “Log in”page and we’ll send you an email explaining how you can set up a new password. If you don't receive our email, contact us and we’ll reset it for you.


    I have an account but my password isn't working, What should I do?

    If you had an account on our old online store, you will need to reset your password in order to access it. Reset your password here.


    How do I update my details?

    Sign in to your account and you’ll be able to change your details, including your contact details, account information, password, shipping and billing addresses.


    I’d like to unsubscribe

    You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link on the bottom of the emails themselves. We’ll be sad to see you go.

    If an item is out of stock, is it gone forever?

    No, it just means that we’ve temporarily sold out of that item, and we’ll have new stock available soon. You can contact our Customer Care team to find out when it will be available again.


    I want to buy lots!

    That’s great. You can buy up to eight of any specific item per order online. If you’d like to place a larger order, please call Customer Care, so we can help you complete your order.


    How do I apply an offer code?

    Simply go to your Shopping Bag, click the plus (+) sign next to “Offer Codes” and enter your code in the box that appears. Once you click “Apply discount”, the offer will be applied to your order.

    Offer codes are case sensitive. All offers are available for a limited time only, and are subject to availability. Offers can’t be combined unless otherwise noted. And if you have any problems using an offer code, get in touch with our Customer Care team.


    Where can I get an offer code?

    The best way to find out about our latest offers is by signing up for our emails, and following us on Facebook and Twitter. These are the main ways we make offer codes available.


    How can I pay?

    We accept Amex, Discover, Mastercard or Visa cards. Unfortunately we do not accept international credit cards outside of the U.S. If you’re using a credit card, your billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment.

    You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you’ll be sent to the PayPal site to complete your payment. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be sent back to our website to confirm your order and finalize payment.

    You can also pay fully or partially with a valid online gift voucher. Installments by Afterpay is now availavle on the US online store.

    Installments by Afterpay allows retailers to offer instalment plans for online shoppers. First-time shoppers provide payment details as usual, returning shoppers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!     To make a purchase using Afterpay you will need to:

    - Be a resident in one of the US States. Installments by Afterpay is not available in US Territories.

    - Be at least 18 years old; (19 years old in Alabama or if you are a ward of the state in Nebraska)

    - Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number.

    - Have a valid delivery address in the United States.

    - Be authorised to use the US-issued credit or debit card to make the purchase.

    - Add items to your shopping bag (minimum of $35 USD) and checkout as normal

    - Select Afterpay as your payment method – you will be redirected to Afterpay

    -Register or login to your Afterpay account and confirm payment

    Important information:

    - Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option

    - Transaction value limits apply to Afterpay purchases made on the Jurlique USA online store; minimum is USD $35.

    - The funds for the first payment must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout.

    -  Shoppers in the US will be asked to make the first payment at the time of creating an order.  This will be 25% of the total order value. This will be clearly communicated prior to you confirming your order. 

    - If you wish to return or exchange your goods, please contact Customer Care team via email or phone and we will explain the process to you. If eligible for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payments cancelled at no charge. 

    -When you link your Afterpay account to a debit or credit card, please be aware that standard fees and charges may be applicable. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details. 

    If a payment is due from you but not received by Afterpay in accordance with the payment schedule, a late fee will be charged. This will be an initial $8 and a further fee of $8 if the payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees for shoppers in the USA are capped at 25% of the order value.

    Is Sales Tax included in my order?

    We will add the sales tax to your order, if applicable. Note that all prices are quoted exclusive of any sales taxes and these amounts will be added when you checkout your order, if applicable.

    Shipping and delivery

    When will I get my order?

    Depending on your location, your order should arrive in 2-6 business days from the time that we process your order using Ground shipping. You can also choose to get your order 1, 2 or 3 business days with additional costs.*

    We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

    *The cut-off time for picking and shipping orders is 11am PST, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays), so please choose the appropriate ship method in order to receive your order timely.

    Select items require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items, and the method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Jurlique, we comply with these regulations; therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations, specifically Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories and PO/APO/FPO Boxes, is not possible. If this affects your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a valid physical address within the continental United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.     What does shipping cost?

    We ship most domestic orders via UPS. UPS shipping costs are as follows:
    Standard Ground $7.50
    3 Day Select $10
    2 Day Air $15
    Next Day Air $20

    If your total order is $50 or more, we offer free Standard Ground shipping.


    Do you ship to P.O. Box Addresses?

    Yes, but we will ship your order via the United States Postal Service as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.


    Do you ship to Military Installations?

    UPS does not deliver to military installations; however, we can ship orders to APO and FPO Boxes through the U.S. Postal Service.


    Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories?

    We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Regretfully, for these destinations, 3 Day Select is not an available option.


    Can I send my order overseas?

    Orders placed on our US website,, can only be delivered to a US address. If you’re in Australia or the UK and selected European countries, you can shop from our Australia or UK online stores respectively. Change your region to start shopping.

    What if I need to change my order?

    Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed online. This is because your online order is sent to our warehouse where it immediately enters the order fulfillment process. However, you may return orders for a refund.

    Can I track my order?

    If you would like to track your order, please contact Customer Care and they will be able to provide you with your tracking details.

    Returns and exchanges

    How do I return a product?

    As part of our commitment to customer service, Jurlique offers a fair return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site that has been unopened or opened, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 45 days of receiving your purchase. If you’ve used more than 30% of the product, no refund can be given.

     Please be advised that a Return Authorization Number is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Jurlique.

     If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by Jurlique, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service.

     To receive a Return Authorization Number for a return, please contact us at: 1-800-854-1110 or

    Kindly allow up to 21 business days for the return to be processed, at which time a credit will be made.

    To make it easy: 

    1. Call or write us to request a Return Authorization Number and tell us what items you're returning.
    2. Wait to receive Return Authorization Number and return instructions.

    Please note that any purchases made on cannot be returned to Jurlique concept stores or stockists.

    Extended Holiday Return Policy

     Any order placed between December 2nd – December 31st may be returned within 60 days of receipt.


    When can I expect my refund or exchange?

    All returns will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase or your PayPal account within 10-12 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.


    What if my order was wrong or the product is damaged?

    Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and details of the incorrect or damaged product.

    Can I buy a Jurlique Online Gift Voucher online?

    Yes, you can buy Jurlique online gift vouchers through our website. Please note Online Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed on Simply follow the steps below:

    1. Choose how much you would like to give.

    2. Add the recipient's name, email address and an optional personal message if you wish. The Online Gift Vouchers will be emailed to the recipient and an order confirmation email will be sent to you.

    How do I redeem an Online Gift Voucher?

    If you haven't done so already, please register for a account. Alternatively, if you prefer not to register you can use our guest checkout.  You can redeem your Online Gift Voucher on the payment page when making your purchase.     Please note if your order exceeds the value of the Online Gift Voucher you will be required to pay the remaining balance with a credit card or through paypal.


    Can I receive a refund on an Online Gift Vouchers?

    Online Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    All returned items that were paid for with an Online Gift Voucher will be refunded back onto your Online Gift Voucher for you to use again against a future purchase.

    If you return an item paid for by both an Online Gift Voucher and a credit card/paypal, you will be refunded your Online Gift Voucher value and the remaining amount will be refunded onto your credit card/paypal account.


    Can I use my Online Gift Vouchers in store?
