Be inspired by our botanicals and add a touch of nature to your holiday festivities with our recipe for beautifully flagrant, flavoursome chamomile water.

1/2 cup dried chamomile flowers
2 tablespoons dried lemon verbena leaves
1/3 cup raw honey

In a large pot bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Remove pot from heat and stir in the chamomile and lemon verbena. Cover for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, place a large strainer lined with a damp paper towel over another pot (make sure its heat proof). Strain plants from the tea. In the strained mixture, stir in honey until it dissolves, and let the tea cool completely. Pour tea over ice and enjoy!
