Shipping & Delivery

Due to COVID-19, all orders are currently being shipped using an Express Shipping service and are seeing an increased delivery timeline. All orders are shipped from our warehouse based in Adelaide, South Australia. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

Delivery Method Timelines
Courier Post Standard Currently unavailable due to COVID-19
Courier Post Express Generally, 2-3 days. However, due to COVID-19, transit times are 4-6 days nationwide.

Shipping on orders of $70 or more is free and will be shipped via Courier Post Express as Courier Post Standard is currently unavailable. Please do take into consideration that any discount applied to your order at checkout will affect your basket total. For orders less than $70, delivery will cost $15.

Orders placed on our New Zealand website,, can only be delivered to an New Zealand address. If you’re in Australia, the US or UK and select European countries, you can shop from our Australian, US or UK online stores respectively. Change your region to start shopping.

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please call our Customer Care team immediately. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped. See returns and exchanges for information about sending products you've ordered back to us.

Orders can be tracked via Courier Post using the tracking number received via your Order Despatch email or, if you checked out as a registered customer you can check within the “My Orders” page of your account. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your email spam folder.
