When will I get my order?

We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 2-5 business days if you choose Standard Shipping. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery. Shipping will be faster if you choose our Next Day Delivery Service. Please note, orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following working day. Please note, delivery times will vary during December 2019 as our offices are closed 25th and 26th December and 1st January.

Will I receive my order by Christmas?

Yes if you place your order before 12pm (GMT) on Monday 23rd December 2019, we will ship your order the same day for delivery on 24th. Please however note that this ‘order by’ date is based on delivery within UK Mainland only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. As delivery is provided by a third party, circumstances outside the control of Jurlique such as courier delays, industrial action or weather events in your area may delay receipt of your order.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping on orders of £50 or more is free and will be shipped Standard Post. Please do take into consideration that any discount applied to your order at checkout will affect your basket total. For orders less than £50, delivery will cost £4.50. We also offer Next Day Delivery shipping for £6.50. Please note, orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following working day. Orders being shipped outside of UK Mainland (including Channel Isles, Highlands, Ireland and Northern Ireland) are usually charged at £14, however throughout December 2019 any orders placed over £50 will receive free delivery. Delivery can take up to 14 days to arrive.

Can I send my order overseas

Yes, orders paced on our website can be shipped to the majority of European countries. Please contact our Customer Care team to find out more details about which European countries we ship to.

What if I need to change my order?

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please call our Customer Care team immediately. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped. See returns and exchanges for information about sending products you've ordered back to us.

Can I track my order?

Please contact Customer Care with your order number if you wish to track your order. You can find your order number on the “My orders” page of your account.
