When will I get my order?

Please allow up to 7 business days from the time that we process your order using Fedex Smart Post shipping. You can also choose to get your order 1, 2 or 3 business days with additional costs.*

We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

*The cut-off time for picking and shipping orders is 11 am PST, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays), so please choose the appropriate ship method in order to receive your order timely.

Select items require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items, and the method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Jurlique, we comply with these regulations; therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations, PO Boxes, is not possible. If this affects your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a valid physical address within the continental United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order. Please contact Customer Care with any questions.

  • We ship to Alaska, Hawaii through FedEx Standard Ground SmartPost (please allow for longer shipping time and please contact Customer Care for exact estimated time of arrival)

What does shipping cost?

We ship domestic orders via FedEx with our Ground orders going through FedEx SmartPost.

FedEx shipping costs are as follows:

  • FedEx Standard Ground (FedEx SmartPost) - $7.50
  • FedEx 3rd Day - $10
  • FedEx 2nd Day -$15
  • FedEx Standard Overnight- $20

If your total order is $50 or more, we offer free FedEx SmartPost Ground shipping.

Can I send my order overseas

Orders placed on our US website,, can only be delivered to a US address. If you’re in Australia or the UK and selected European countries, you can shop from our Australia or UK online stores respectively.

What if I need to change my order?

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed online. This is because your online order is sent to our warehouse where it immediately enters the order fulfillment process. However, you may return orders for a refund.

Can I track my order?

Customers should receive two emails after placing an order. The first email indicates that their order has been placed. Once the order has been picked and shipped from our warehouse, customers will receive a second email confirming that their order is in transit. Tracking details can be found in the second email sent to customers.
