When will I get my order?

We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 3-10 business days if you choose Registered Post Shipping. Shipping will be faster if you choose Express Post Shipping - please check with the Australia Post website for exact delivery information. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

Orders to Victoria may experience shipping delays of up to 3 business days.

Mid-Season Sale

COVID-19 Delivery Delays

Due to current localised lockdown in Victoria, we are currently anticipating delivery delays of up to 3 business days.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping on orders of $50 or more is free and will be shipped via Standard Post. Please do take into consideration that any discount applied to your order at checkout will affect your basket total. For orders less than $50, delivery will cost $10. We also offer Express Post shipping for $15.

Can I send my order overseas

Orders placed on our Australian website, Jurlique.com.au, can only be delivered to an Australian address. If you’re in the US or UK and select European countries, you can shop from our US or UK online stores respectively. Change your region to start shopping.

If you live outside Australia, the US or UK, please visit our store locator to find a Jurlique store near you.

What if I need to change my order?

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please call our Customer Care team immediately. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped. See returns and exchanges for information about sending products you've ordered back to us.

Can I track my order?

Please contact Customer Care with your order number if you wish to track your order. You can find your order number on the “My orders” page of your account.
