Please note we cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery, shipping times are estimations only. Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) are shipped within 2-3 days.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii through USPS standard. Please allow for longer shipping time and please contact Customer Care for estimated time of arrival.

Shipping guide, please allow an additional 2 to 3 days for handling prior to shipping.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:

For 12/24/25 delivery, orders must be placed by 12/10/25 for standard/economy, 12/16/25 for express or 12/22/25 for overnight shipping.

Select items require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items, and the method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Jurlique, we comply with these regulations; therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations, PO Boxes, is not possible. If this affects your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a valid physical address within the continental United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order. Orders placed on our US website, Jurlique.com, can only be delivered to a US address. If you’re in Australia or the UK and selected European countries, you can shop from our Australia or UK online stores respectively.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed online. Once checkout is completed, your order is immediately sent to our warehouse where and enters the order fulfillment process. However, you may return orders for a refund.

You will receive two emails after placing an order. The first email indicates that their order has been placed. Once the order has been picked and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a second Order Desptach email that contains tracking details.

If you checked out as a registered customer you can check within the “My Orders” page of your account. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your email spam folder.
