If paying by Gift Card, please contact your store directly and quote your Gift Card number at the time of booking.

To ensure you have time to unwind and enjoy a skin consultation with your Jurlique Beauty Therapist, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Please understand that if you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced accordingly. Mobile phones should be switched off when entering the treatment area. Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.

Your enjoyment and privacy are important to us. Please let your Beauty Therapist know if there is anything we can do to improve your comfort during your treatment.

Skin or Health Considerations

For your safety, please inform your Jurlique Beauty Therapist of any signs of illness you may be experiencing as well as ongoing health conditions so that we can customise your treatment accordingly. If you are currently under medical or health care practitioner supervision, or undergoing treatment for any condition, or if you suffer from allergies, physical ailments or are pregnant, full disclosure is required as some treatments may need to be rescheduled.

If you have recently travelled overseas, been diagnosed with COVID-19, are required to self-isolate or have had contact with anyone who has been diagnosed or has been ordered into self-isolation or have/recently have had cold/flu like symptoms please call the store directly. We are committed to your wellbeing and you can be assured that our strict hygiene and sterilisation procedures have always met the WHO recommendations and we have also decided to take additional measures to ensure your comfort and safety in the treatment room.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule, cancel or amend your appointment 24 hours’ notice is appreciated however at this time, is no longer required. In light of the recent COVID-19 cases, if you have any cold/flu like symptoms, have travelled overseas, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, are required to self-isolate or had contact with anyone who has cold/flu like symptoms, has been diagnosed or ordered into self-isolation we ask that you contact the store directly to reschedule your appointment to take place after the required 14 day period.

Update on Jurlique Spas and Treatment Services

The health, safety and wellbeing of you and our people always comes first. We have been closely following updates from the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government regarding COVID-19 and adapting accordingly, increasing the strict hygiene practices that we already follow in our stores, spas and warehouse.

Following the recent Government announcement of increased restrictions to non-essential services, from today we will be closing our Jurlique Spas and Treatment Services until further notice. All customers with an existing booking will be contacted by a staff member in the coming days.

Our retail stores remain open and we will continue to keep you updated as things change. In the interests of hygiene we are no longer accepting cash payments.

You can also shop online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at jurlique.com.au. Rest assured our warehouse staff and distribution partners are being extra vigilant with cleaning and sanitising to ensure your orders are delivered safely to your door. In keeping with Australia Post’s COVID-19 policies, all deliveries are now contactless, meaning no signature is required.

This is a challenging time for everyone and connection to each other is more important than ever. We are working on new ways to bring Jurlique into your lives and homes and will keep you posted on new initiatives and further changes.
