As part of our commitment to customer service, Jurlique offers a fair return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site that has been unopened or opened, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 45 days of receiving your purchase. If you’ve used more than 30% of the product, no refund can be given.

*Please note that any purchases made on cannot be returned to Jurlique stockists or spas.

Please be advised that a Return Authorization Number is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Jurlique.

If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by Jurlique, please make sure to add insurance to your packages through your preferred mail delivery service.

We do not process exchanges.

How do I return an order?

To receive a Return Authorization Number for a return, please contact us at Please be ready to give your Customer Number or include your Customer Number in your email to us to help expedite your process. 

Our Customer Care Team is available Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST. Any emails sent on Saturday & Sunday will be responded to on the following business day.

Once our warehouse confirms receipt of your package, we will gladly offer you a refund back to your original form of payment. This return process may take up to one full billing cycle to be reflected on your credit card.

To make it easy:

  • Email us to request a Return Authorization Number. Provide the order number and products you are returning.
  • Wait to receive Return Authorization Number and return instructions via email by our Customer Care team.
  • Pack the item with your Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outside of the package and written on the packing list.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Any order placed between December 2nd – December 31st may be returned within 60 days of receipt.

When can I expect my refund or exchange?

All returns will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase or your PayPal account within 21 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.

What if my order was wrong or the product is damaged?

Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and details of the incorrect or damaged product.
